The bungalows provided a much better quality with a posh and clean living space, though not as clean as expected. The staff were a mix of rude and unhelpful at lunch but very friendly at reception. The hotel is situated in a quiet bay surrounded by shady trees, close to Warner Park and the Arganda metro station. The dining was moderate with delicious options and some improvement opportunities. The facilities could use some enhancements for a better experience overall.
